When will you attempt to bill my card again?

Log into your account, click on the “Setting” tab, then “Billing” tab for your next payment date. We will attempt to charge your card again on that date. If there are any further issues with your card, we will email you.

My account was locked or closed. How do I get access to my account again?

Why does a port/move of my existing number to FaxBetter take so long?

When porting a number from another carrier the information must match exactly or the port will be rejected. This basically starts the process over again. If everything is accepted on the first try, ports tend to happen within about a week of their request.

Why was my bank card charged $19.90?

Your card was declined multiple times for your $9.95 monthly fee. You account was thereby cancelled. You then chose to reactive your account. The reactivation fee is $9.95 plus the past due $9.95 monthly charge. Thus your card was charged $19.90.

How do I see how much was charged to may bank card and when?

To see the last charge to your card, simply log into your account, click on the “Setting” tab, then “Billing” tab.

I received a "Billing Final Notice" email that says my account is closed. How do I reactivate it?

You can always reactivate your account. Just log into your account, click on the “Settings” tab and then on the “Billing” tab and then on the “Reactivate My Account” button.

When is my next payment due?

Click on the “Setting” tab, then “Billing” tab. Your next payment date will be to the right of "Next Payment:".

Why was my bank card charged $15?
