Perfect.Delivery needs a connection to the internet in order to delivery your documents to you.  To check if your computer is properly communication with Perfect.Delivery, click on the Perfect.Delivery icon in your system tray then click on "Check for Documents".  If you are sure your computer has a connection to the internet, it may be that we are down.  Check on our uptime status by clicking here.
