When you elect to receive a copy of your faxes from FaxBetter directly to your printer via Perfect.Delivery, a connection is made between the FaxBetter and the Perfect.Delivery application.  If the connection can not be made, an installation key will be emailed to you.  This key is in your welcome email.  If you did not get a welcome email (check your spam folder) or can not fund your installation key, please contact support.
