I am receiving duplicates of the faxes I receive. Why?

On or around February 5, 2015 we started experiencing an issue where inbound faxes were being duplicated.  We are working on the issue and will post an update here when the problem has been resolved.  
Update on February 12, 2015:  The problem has been corrected.  Please contact us and let us know the dates and times of the duplicate files and we will make sure to credit you for all of the duplicate pages and credit any additional page charges (if necessary).
