Shouldn't FaxBetter be required to forward all faxes to someone after they let their fax number expire?

That person allowed their fax number to expire. If they needed the document(s), they could have upgraded. We can not be responsible for documents sent to fax numbers that have expired long ago. Its like moving into a new house and the person that left never forwarded their mail. Should the post office be responsible?
