Can I specify multiple emails to receive fax notification emails?
If you have multiple users that want to receive faxes, we recommend setting up a separate FaxBetter accounts for each user. This way each user will be assigned a different fax number. When each user receives a fax, they will only get faxes directed to their personal fax number.
If you do not want to create multiple FaxBetter accounts (you want to have only one fax number for your company), there are two solutions:
- Have your information systems department create a group email like firstname.lastname@example.org that forwards all emails sent to this address to the emails you want to receive the faxes. Then, change the email address on your account to email@example.com.
- Have your information systems department create an email account like firstname.lastname@example.org then give each user the ability to access this email. Then, change the email address on your account to email@example.com.
