I am trying to upgrade and it is not working. What's wrong?

If you are attempting to upgrade and it is not working, try the following steps:

 

  • Many times when you are having problems upgrading, it is because one or more of the payment fields have incorrect information. After you submit your information, make sure to scan each field of information that you entered and look for red error messages. Usually correcting these entry errors will allow your transaction to proceed normally.
  • If you are still having problems, you may be using an incompatible browser. Click here for additional information.
  • If your original transaction was declined by your bank card, subsequent duplicate transactions in a short time frame will be automatically declined. Before attempting your card again, we recommend you wait 24 hours and then call the number on the back of your card and instruct them to approve any charges from “FaxBetter”. Once you have done this step, attempt the transaction again. This will ensure your transaction will go through smoothly.
