How do I change my fax notification settings?

When you receive a fax to your FaxBetter account, by default FaxBetter sends an email to the email address associated with your account with:

  1. An image of the first page of the fax
  2. A PDF of the received fax

 

If you do not wish to receive these email notifications:

  1. Log into your FaxBetter account
  2. Click on the “Settings” tab
  3. Click on the box to the left of “Fax notifications to your email” so that box is unchecked
