When people try to fax to my number, they get a busy signal. Whats up?

- We block all faxes from unlisted numbers to help prevent spam. If you are unsure if the number for the sending fax line is blocked, have them call your cell or home phone from that fax line and look at the caller ID. If it has all zeros, “blocked” or “unavailable”, faxes can not be received from this number.
- In the very rare case that you still get busies after verifying that the sender is not sending from a blocked or unlisted number, please contact us and we will look into the issue and get it corrected immediately.
