The file has been downloaded. Look at your browser settings to see where download are saved.
The default is usually in a “Downloads” file.
 

You can also search for your file, it is called “Fax.pdf”.
 

You may want to set your browser to automatically open files that are downloaded. This will make viewing faxes easier.
