I received an email that my card was declined, how to check it on file?

Log into your account, click on the “Setting” tab, the “Billing” tab and then do two things:
 

  • Click on the “Change Credit Card” link and update the card information on file with your current card information.
  • Click on the “Change Credit Card Billing Address” link and update the card information on file with your current card information.
  • Take note of the “Next Payment Date”. This is the next time your card will be attempted.

After these steps are complete, call the number on the back of your card and instruct them to approve any charges from “FaxBetter”. Let them know the “Next Payment Date” you discovered from the steps above. This will ensure your transaction will go through smoothly.
