How do I sync my account to my FaxBetter account?

To get your faxes to appear in your account:

  • Login to your account and then following these instructions to create a unique email address for your account.
  • Change the email address on your FaxBetter account o the unique address supplied by

Now all faxes received will be imported directly into your account and your FaxBetter account.


  • You must have email notifications enabled in FaxBetter
  • You must be a free user in your trial period or have FaxBetter Premium. Free users outside of their trial period do not receive their faxes as PDF attachments in their email notifications and therefore will not have their entire fax imported into
  • You must have your email notifications enabled in your account.
