Earthlink blocks our servers from sending you emails. When this happens, we discontinue sending any future emails (This is step is necessary so that we do not get flagged by internet service providers as an email spammer). Now that you have contacted us, we know your email is correct and have permanently set your emails to be sent by our system regardless of whether Earthlink is blocking your emails. But, until they unblock these emails, you will not get them. So, if you have not already done so, you need to let them know that you want to receive emails from FaxBetter and that they are not spam.
Note: The email servers we use for customer service are separate from the email servers we use for automated email (fax notification and scheduled emails) so emails to customer service will not be blocked.
