Once you have upgraded to FaxBetter Premium, you can send faxes in two ways:
- From The Web:
- Log into your account, click on “Send Fax”.
- Type in the fax number where you want to send your document. Make sure you follow the xxx-xxx-xxxx format exactly. In other words, you must insert the “-”.
- Select the document to send (Check to make sure your file type is supported).
- Click the “Send Fax” button to initiate the fax transmission.
- Once the fax has been successfully queued, a blue confirmation message will appear stating: “Fax to xxx-xxx-xxxx started. You will receive an email confirmation when the fax is delivered.”
- By Email:
- Address an email to [email protected].
- The email “From” must be the email you use to log into your FaxBetter account (“Reply-To” address will not work).
- Enter the destination fax number ONLY in the subject line (any format).
- Attach the fax to be sent
- Only one attachment is allowed per email
- Check to make sure your file type is supported
- Only the information in the attachment will be faxed, any information in the body of the email will not be faxed.
- Send the email.
An email notification will be sent to confirm the successful delivery or failure of the fax, unless fax notifications have been disabled in your Settings.
If email notifications have been disabled and your fax was successfully sent, a copy will be in your “Sent” folder.
