Once you have applied and been accepted to the FaxBetter Affiliate Program, we recommend the following for the best results:

1. Use the unique URL provided by the FaxBetter affiliate program (once you are accepted) to promote FaxBetter our your organization's website. Please also feel free to use the FaxBetter logos and icons in your marketing.
2. Provide FaxBetter with a list of the email addresses of your members and/or donors.

FaxBetter will then:

1. Supply each of the supplied email addresses with a free toll-free fax number that they can start to use immediately.
2. Send each of them an email letting them know to use your affiliate link if they wish to upgrade and that your organization is the reason that a gift was given to them (you can choose to remain anonymous).
3. Inform them that if they do upgrade, your organization will get paid a portion of the cost of the upgrade (you can choose to remain anonymous).
