See "Reliability" on our About Us page for our reliability statistics.  Reasons for downtime vary but when we have downtime for any reason we correct that weakness in our system so that it will not happen again and also add additional alerts so that our staff is immediately alerted if something similar is in danger of failing.  Additionally, the downtime we have almost always delays faxes for a short period instead of missing faxes.
