These are always in mountain time and can not be changed.
The time stamp below the thumbnail images when you log into your account are correct and based on your time zone settings but based on the End of Daylight Saving time. So, if you sent a fax at 10am PST on DST, it will display on the timestamp below the thumbnail images as 9am PST."
