Canceling - No Prorated Refunds

When you upgraded you approved this transaction by checking the box next to the statement “I understand that I may cancel at any time but I will continue to receive service for the duration of my prepaid period.” and “I accept and agree to the Terms of Service.” at https://www.faxbetter.com/secure/SignupTollFree.aspx.
 

As per paragraph 13 of our terms of service [http://www.faxbetter.com/Legal/Terms.aspx] to which you agreed when you signed up, “All service fees will be charged in advance and are not refundable. If you cancel during the term in which you paid, your service will continue through the term paid. No prorated refunds will be given under any circumstances. We will automatically charge your payment method for your service charges.”
 

If you cancel now you will not be charged again when your term expires. To cancel, you must follow this cancellation procedure. Cancellations are NOT accepted via email.
