You are attempting to send a fax via email that has two or more attachments. If you signature has images, these are counted as attachments. Remove your signature when sending faxes via email.
 

Also, if you use any program that gathers a read receipt, turn these programs off when sending (these programs embed a tiny image on your email to accomplish their goal).
