I am sure I upgraded but I am not able to send faxes, why?

If you log into your account and it says “Upgrade” to the right of “Inbox” then your account has not been upgraded.
 

If you believe you have upgraded your account, be sure the email address associated with this account is the one you upgraded. To check other email addresses, log out of the current account and attempt to log into them to see if they have been upgraded.
 

Check your bank card to see if we charged you. If we did, email us the first four and last four digits of the bank card that was charged and we will look up the email address associated with your account.
 

If you do not see a charge on your bank card statement, you have not upgraded. Please log into your account and click on “Upgrade”.
