If a fax number is not assigned to anyone, any fax sent to it will eventually be discarded. If you upgrade your account with the same number, let us know and we will retrieve any faxes received while the fax number was not in your possession.
 

If the fax number has been assigned to a new user, the fax will be in that user’s possession.
