It’s probably because of your scanner configuration. In order to send faxes correctly please follow these steps:
- Scan your document with your scanner.
- When the "Save" option comes in your computer, you need to save it as .TIF instead of .PDF.
- If you are unable to do step 2, you can go here to convert your .PDF into .TIF.
- Finally upload your .TIF file in FaxBetter system and send your fax as you normally send them.
