My faxes are being sent either blank or with a white background with no content, why?

It’s probably because of your scanner configuration. In order to send faxes correctly please follow these steps:

 

  1. Scan your document with your scanner.
  2. When the "Save" option comes in your computer, you need to save it as .TIF instead of .PDF.
  3. If you are unable to do step 2, you can go here to convert your .PDF into .TIF.
  4. Finally upload your .TIF file in FaxBetter system and send your fax as you normally send them.
