How do I cancel my account?

As a free user, just discontinue using your account for seven days and your fax number will be disabled. If you ever have the need to receive a fax in the future, just log into your account and click on the “Activate New Number” in the upper right hand corner (where your old fax number used to be) and you will quickly be assigned a new fax number.

Once you you become a full user, you can cancel at any time. Once you have canceled, you will have full use of your account until your paid term has expired. No full or prorated refunds will be given for cancellations prior to the end of your paid term under any circumstances. We recommend starting off with a monthly plan. You can always upgrade to a discounted longer term plan at a later time.

If you wish to still cancel your full account, please call FaxBetter Support at 855-FaxBetter (855-329-2388) from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.  We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

Note: Cancellations are not accepted via email.  Any cancellations not received via phone (as described above) will be ignored.  The reason is that we must verify the user's identity before cancellation can be processed.
