If you do not want to create multiple FaxBetter accounts (you want to have only one fax number for your company), there are two solutions:
- Have your information systems department create a group email like email@example.com that forwards all emails sent to this address to the emails you want to receive the faxes. Then, change the email address on your account to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Have your information systems department create an email account like email@example.com then give each user the ability to access this email. Then, change the email address on your account to firstname.lastname@example.org.
