Why would you not give me a prorated refund for the unused time when I cancel?

If you choose to cancel after you have not sent or received a fax for months why would FaxBetter not allow a prorated refund for the unused time? With a fax line, unused time cost almost as much as used time because FaxBetter must maintain a dedicated fax line for you so that if a fax does come in, we are ready to receive it for you. This has a phone line cost as well as server costs.
