I would love the ability to mark a fax as spam and block that number1 vote
We have now added the ability to block a number from sending you faxes. Just contact support with your fax number and the number you want to block and we will take care of it.
Users can send (see http://support.faxbetter.com/knowledgebase/articles/19209-how-do-i-send-a-fax-with-my-iphone-) and receive (see http://support.faxbetter.com/knowledgebase/articles/19671-how-do-i-receive-a-fax-with-my-iphone-ipad-ipod) faxes with their Android device.
I would like to be able to list the email address of my friends or business associates and have FaxBetter send them a free toll free FaxBetter fax line.1 vote
This feature is now available. Simply log into your account and click on “Invite a Friend”.
I have more than one FaxBetter fax number at my company. I administer all of them. It would be nice to have one administration (admin) account where I could administer the following functions for each of my users: change email addresses, deactivate, change passwords, etc.0 votes

You can search by fax number. Just Log into your account, enter the fax number you want to search for in the search box and click “Search”.
Can the subject line indicate the sender's fax number instead of receiver's fax number. When looking for specific faxes from someone it makes it much faster.108 votes

There could be a nominal fee charged to retrieve faxes from an expired account. This would need to be done before the number is reassigned. The faxes should only be discarded and not given to an unintended user because of the confidential information they may include.1 vote
If you upgrade your account (you can do so for $9.95 for only one month), we will retrieve the faxes (on request) you received while your fax number was expired.
We do keep your fax number out of circulation for a period of time before assigning it to a new user. If you plan on receiving confidential information we strongly recommend you upgrade. That way you can be sure you do not lose your fax number.
